Whooligans: Swankkat Inspired

What can I say? After Swankkat asked for her Whoolifan prize for more Whooligans, I was inspired by her naughty, wonderful art. And since we've seen the Doctor nude (save a BBC property sign), it was Rose's turn to wear a little nothing (that and it's fun to torture him...)

That and with Recovery next weekend, we'll see plenty of Tennant!barebum.
