This Girl is NUTS

This is partially Hyel's fault, but more importantly, there's been major change in my life, and this might reflect some of those changes.

Hey, I hit 15,000. I'm allowed to reminisce!

First off, why this is Hyel's fault: She's mentioned before she started drawing herself in a much more realistic way, seeing as most tend to glamorize themselves subconsciously. Looking at my old ID, I realize that I've done it too. This distressed me- one of my first lessons as a fine artist was about the self portrait.

So I sat in front of a mirror and drew several typical expressions that I go through both during the day and in a mirror- Not quite a camwhore, but c'mon, you want to glam it up every now and then. Here I included a few faults that I occassionally leave out- a small mole next to my nose, and my dimple in my chin. My dad told me when I was four the dimple was because my greatgrandad shot himself with a bb-gun. I think I became an educator just so I could spend my life proving my dad wrong.

And I admit- I'm not truly small. I'm 5'5-3/4" and 140 pounds- not fat, but curvy. And since many of my friends are rail thin Asians, I get known for two very specific curves in front. Beware the Crack!boobs.

I had to include a chibi me though. I may look more real, but I may be even further from reality. Wheeee! My body makes natural crack. Be afraid.
