Found this in the shop this afternoon on the way to studio.

For those not in the know, Haggis is a traditional Scottish dish of Sheep innards (heart, liver, and lungs) stuffed into a sheep's stomach. Yes, it tastes about as lovely as it sounds.

But....how the bloody hell do you come up with vegetarian haggis?

Who would want to come up with veggie haggis?


And who'd want haggis in a CAN? (Yes, that exists too, but slightly more plausible. No less vile though.)

I was just looking for a double decker bar. (And some beans in tomato sauce, but that was on impulse.)

Vegetarian Haggis? How exactly to make a vegetarian substitute for sheep organs?! I'm actually really curious now. At first I thought it was humus, I'm not vegetarian but I kind of like humus.
