Yup, more Artemis Fowl doodlin'. Specifically from the Opal Deception, when Holly has to attempt to save an Artemis Fowl, who doesn't remember her, from the wrath of Opal Koboi, deranged pixie.
I really liked the dynamic of Holly and Artemis- proving that no matter the circumstances, they were destined to be best friends, although sadly only during times of crisis. Really, I want a scene where they get to hang out without world domination being threatened in some manner. That, and the idea of Artemis in "normal boy clothes" amuses me. I know I gave up on the wings. *grumbles* The Lost Colony I both loved and blahhed at. Expect quite a few doodles from it. But certain things were a bit tacked on. And the ending.... Has nobody learned that cliff hangers are great for chapters, but leave too much and fans gets disgruntled. (glares at Rowling, and PotC) Learn from Pratchett, people! And now I have no more Artemis Fowl to devour. Stupid high reading rate.... |
