Someone mentioned I don't draw a lot of the other inhabitants of Discworld. She mentioned Teatime, who seems to have a bit a female following (What is it about the Sociopath Love Complex? Do women like being ravaged and murdered?).

I always saw him as well manicured, but creepy- ala Ted Bundy. I never invisioned him in pantaloons, Mr. Kidby.

Discworld (c) PTerry.

I just watched Hogfather yesterday. Teatime sounds like a bad duplicate of Depp's Mr Wonka. Here are the characters they got spot on:
Death (of course)
Susan
Sideney
Crumley
Banjo
Death of Rats and Quoth
Constable Visit

For as annoying as Teatime was, it was still a decent movie. :D

It's very well done. Teatime, however, is a creepy little bugger. I dislike him intensely (not falling myself into the "fanthings that fancy serial killers" category.)

It's odd isn't it? Even I'm obsessed with him! There is just something so... loveable about him.

But why oh why did Mark Warren ditch his perfectly lovely English accent, for a faked American one? He sounds like Depps Willy Wonka! He also mispronounces his own name.

However I can forgive him, as he gave us a scene so full of subtext that it almost makes my OTP make sense ^^U.

In fact, he sounds more like Nick Nack from "The Man With The Golden Gun". If you don't know it, it's a Bond movie, featuring a dwarf with a voice similar to Teatime's. And a girl named Mary Goodnight.

Your guy really looks the way I always imagined Teatime... Like, evilly.

He's genteel on the surface (he IS an assassin, after all), yet something just feels..not right when you look at him. He looks the way susan described him-as the kid who doesn't know the difference between chucking a stone at a cat and lighting it on fire.

When I get more time, I'm gonna do some Hogfather sketches, too. You've inspired me...

CURSE YOU AP MACROECONOMICS! Stop eating away at my life! Okay, I'm done.

I don't know about Teatime (as I said before, I've never read Discworld) but my favorite sociopath must be Edward of Anita Blake.

Of course, I only read the first...*mumble* ten...so I don't know how horribly Laurell K. Hamilton has mauled his character yet...maybe she's just conveniently left him out of the more recent books, I don't know.

Why do we love sociopaths? *slow grin* the ultimate fixer-upper, I think. Some gals go for the guy that needs a little work. Sociopaths need a LOT. Also, there's the greatest perk of all: got enemies, annoyances, creepy ex-boyfriends? Take pet sociopath, point, direct, and sit back and cackle.

But yes. I like these types of jackets. There need to be more period shops.

Yayy!

I love the look on his face, it is very Teatime. And I don't think he's ravage-then-murder type, he's more court and then randomly murder. Or just murder first but that just brings up really disturbing images and okay I'll stop now.
