Artist's Comments
Today I go to the signing for Thud at Harvard Square. I decided I wanted to give him a picture- I abuse his characters enough, I feel I owe him. I'm horribly nervous- this isn't my best work, but I tried. The quote is my all favorite line in Thud; but no worries, it's not spoilerific. Just confirming a little bit we've all known. So don't worry, you non-US folks.
I took 4 hours on the line work/idea, 4-5 hours for coloring. Pilot fineliner, TRIA, Prismacolor, watercolor pencils and one copic marker (I was desperate for browns- stupid uniforms!) I have to say if I get my knackers up, I am going to ask if there are puppies in Carrot and Angua's future. But I doubt I'll have the courage.... EDIT!: HE SAID YEEEEEEEEEES! YESYESEYESYES!!!!! And I did give it to him! And he liked it! He's putting it on his Fridge.
