although holly's hair makes her look older that she's mean to (i dont say 'than she is', cos she's well over 100 lol) i always imagined her looking about arty's age.

Lol, i can remeber first getting into Artemis... Won the fifth book and then stripped the library of the other four. Had people annoyed at me for weeks after. Love how you've capture'd Holly's spunk, she works really well within your style

Want to know something really cool? The decoration at the bottom of each page ISN'T JUST DECORATION!

It took me two or three reads before I realised each fairy character matched with an english character - it's just a code, basically.

So you can work out most of the alphabet with the section of language they decode in each book, and if you read it through the bottom of each page, it reveals ANOTHER MESSAGE ENTIRELY!

Oh I spent many a breaktime sitting in the library poring over the pages as the message slowly revealed itself. I think it's really cool.

They were considering making a film of it (but aren't they for every good novel?) but I haven't heard anything of it recently.

Anyone you would want to cast for certain roles?
