Description
Jessica with a sparkler, in a kimono. Although inspired by various anime, this was more than anything else a stufy in light. This was fun to do, it took about 3 hours total. I really enjoy how the sparkler came out, and if you see the extreme high resolution version, I even added stitching to her kimono and tabis. Print is available, unless suggested otherwise.

Heh, yeah I see the anime influence almost immediatly... it's got a nice soft feeling to the picture.
as for critique, to make the sparkler look more... sparkly..you should try to make the tips of the streak lines a brighter colour or like a white sparkle because that's the parts that are burning and creating the nice orange-yellow lines.
If it's supposed to be a very orangy yellow sparkler, and supposed to be the main light of the picture, then you could make the colour of the light on Jess a little more orange. prolly doesn't matter that much, but it's up for u to play with.
very nice overall and I like the folds alot... the stitching on her socks is a very nice touch.
